A hackathon is a design sprint-like event in which computer programmers and others involved in software development, including graphic designers, interface designers, project managers, and others, often including subject-matter-experts, collaborate intensively on software projects.
A positive attitude and a will to learn would be nice. But, other than that, there is no programming experience requirement. Programmers with little to no experience are encouraged to come.

Unfortunately, Hack the Helyx will not be able to provide hardware accessories. However, hardware projects are welcome, but you must bring your own materials.
